1. Service Description

RedZone is operated by BEASTUNIVERSAL s.r.o. (Czech Republic). It provides AI-generated insights into personality, communication style, and relationship dynamics based on chat conversations you upload (WhatsApp .txt exports). Depending on how you access the service, results may include sentiment, communication patterns, and indicators of potential communication risks. All output is automatically generated and informational only — see Section 2.

3. User Responsibilities

By using RedZone, you agree to:

• Participant-only uploads: Only upload conversations in which you were a direct participant. You must not upload conversations obtained from someone else's device or account, intercepted, or accessed without authorization.
• Consent & lawful basis: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have any consent or legal basis required to upload and analyze a conversation, including in relation to the other participant(s). You confirm that doing so does not breach any law, court order, or agreement that applies to you.
• No surveillance or monitoring: RedZone is intended for personal reflection and insight into your own conversations. It must not be used to monitor, surveil, investigate, or build a profile of another person against their interests.
• Legal compliance: Not upload content that violates applicable laws (harassment, threats, illegal activity)
• Fair use: Not abuse, spam, or attempt to exploit the service
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• Accuracy: Understand that results are approximations and should not be treated as factual

4. Payments & Refunds

• Unlocking a full profile costs $9 USD (one-time per profile)
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe or LemonSqueezy
• Delivery: The product is digital. Your full report unlocks immediately after successful payment and stays accessible online for 30 days. If you opted in, a PDF copy is also emailed to you.
• Refunds: Available within 7 days if the analysis demonstrably failed to produce results. No refunds for dissatisfaction with results, user error, or change of mind.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your uploaded content
• Analysis results and RedBook cards are generated for your personal use
• The RedZone service, brand, and codebase are proprietary

6. Limitation of Liability

RedZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Decisions made based on analysis results
• Emotional distress caused by analysis content
• Technical errors, service outages, or data loss
• Actions of third parties based on shared results
• Inaccuracy of AI-generated analysis

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Stalking, harassment, or intimidation using analysis results
• Uploading chats without being a participant in the conversation
• Automated or bulk access to the service
• Reverse engineering or scraping the service
• Using results to discriminate against individuals

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in prohibited conduct. No refund will be issued where access is terminated due to a violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If you use the service as a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
